As you can see, this screen has alot of information that you can enter into each of your movie records. There is even a place at the bottom where you can enter the plot outline of the movie so when you retrieve the record later on, it will remind you of what is is about. And where do you get all of this information? Again, it's a breeze with the 'Trailer Browser' look below...

The Trailer Browser is a built in Internet Web Browser. It comes preset to an online movie database that lists practicaly every movie ever made. From here, all you have to do is copy and paste all of your movie info into the program. The best part is that it is all FREE! Along with the movie information, the Browser also comes preset to a website where you can get Movie Photo's, also FREE, to copy and paste into your program. You can also locate Theatrical Trailers to add to each movie record. Then, when a movie Record is retrieved, a button will appear telling you if there is a trailer available. So, not only do yo have movie information to remind you of what a movie is about, you also have the movie photo AND the ability to watch it's trailer,too! Now; How easy is it to find a movie? Nothing to it, when using the 'Search Screen' Look below for a peek at it...

The Search Utility is very simple to use. Just type in the movie title and click Enter. Thats it. And, say yo don't know the entire title? No problem. Just drop down the title entry box and type in a few letters of the title, and it will find it for you. As you can see, when the movie is found, you are given alot of information about it. A very noce size movie photo to jog your memory about what the movie is about, and look below that. You will see the Theatrical Trailer button. Click that to watch the trailer. At the top of the window, you can see the movies availablitiy. 'In' or 'Out', it will tell you if someone has borrowed it or not. Also, looking at the various buttons on the window, you can see that the movie can be Edited or Loaned from this location, making maintaining your collection very easy.

The Quick View Utility is just that. A quick way to find a movie. You can click through each title to find the movie you want to watch, or use the 'Auto Scroll' feature. This tool will automaticaly move through your entire collection. You can even set the speed to which to scrolls. When each record is retrieved, it's photo and movie number is shown. Very brief or actualy 'Quick'. If you would like to see more info on the selected movie, it's just a button click away. At the top of Quick View, you will see the Loaning options. The Movie Loaner tool is where you can loan and maintain your borrowed movies. It is from here, that you can also add and edit anyone who borrows a movie. you can maintain a full customer record for each person, view reports on who is borrowing and what movie is currently loaned out. You can also have Home Cinema Pro automaticaly send out email late notices if someone doesn't return your movie when they said they would. Very useful if you loan out movies alot. And again, this software would be perfect for a video rental store, and not just because of it's ability to calculate rental fees and maintain a customer record, but also because of it's great search and reporting features. As you can see, Home Cinema Pro has several reports you can generate on your Movie Library. From viewing all of your library and all movie info, to just a quick, down and dirty Movie Title and Movie Number report, it can do them all.  Below is a screenshot of what the Entire Library report will show...

This report shows all movie titles and most of the information for each one. You can also display movies based on the main actor. Look below. Here is a Report generated after searching for all movies with 'John Travolta' as the main actor...

There are many more features and tools included in Home Cinema Pro. the ability to create multiple movie libraries, is one. This is extremely useful if, for example, you and a friend or relative, collect movies and often confer between yourselves. comparing who has what movie. If you both own Home Cinema Pro, you can email your library database to him and he can do likewise. then, when starting the program, just go to 'Tools' at the top of the screen, then down to 'Load Another Library'. Choose your buddies library and thats it. Your perusing his library.  You can generate and print out reports on his movies just as if they were yours. Very nice feature. It also works great if several members of your household have their own movies. So, instead of loading Home Cinema Pro on multiple computers, you only need one copy. This is because everyone can create their own libraryies, where all they have to do is choose to start their library collection instead of yours.

Now. As if all of this was not enough. Home Cinema Pro goes even farther. Our help is just as extensive. You have the built in help files. You have Online Support at the USER FORUM. You have the ability to email our tech support directly from the program. We also have incorporated a 'Step by Step' tutorial into the program. This comes in the format of help screens that activate when you 'Tab' into a data field. It will pause the program and tell you what to expect next and what to enter. You enter that bit of data and 'Tab' to the next. Another Help window will appear, and so on. You can activate this tutorial directly from the New Door Entry screen, and you can stop it at any time. Super for learning how to quickly and accurately enter movies.
